What it does

This act amends Sections 40-17-168.5, 40-17-335, and 40-17-353, Code of Alabama 1975, to: (1) extend the time period by which sellers of compressed natural gas and liquid natural gas, and suppliers, terminal operators, exporters, blenders, importers, and distributors of motor fuel must file new or additional surety bond, or appeal such, from 30 to 60 days after the Department of Revenue mails notice of the new or additional surety bond; and (2) extend the time by which tax, interest, and penalti
