What it does
This act: (1) continues the existence and functioning of the 911 Board pursuant to the Alabama Sunset Law until October 1, 2028; and (2) amends Section 11-98-4.1, Code of Alabama 1975, to change the requirement that board members serve subject to Senate confirmation to serving when appointed, unless rejected by the Senate.
