What it does
This act proposes an amendment to the Constitution of Alabama 2022, to require each local board of education to adopt a policy requiring public K-12 schools to broadcast a recording or school-sanctioned performance of the first stanza of the Star-Spangled Banner as archived in the Library of Congress during school hours, at least once a week.
