This act amends Sections 41-29-282 and 41-4-126, Code of Alabama 1975, to: (1) authorize the Alabama Industrial Development Training Institute to enter into new agreements for goods, services, and resources to further its purpose and exempt the institute from review by the Contract Review Permanent Legislative Oversight Committee; and (2) exempt from procurement through the Division of Procurement resources for a company with which the institute or Department of Commerce has entered into an econ
