What it does

This act amends Section 41-9-548, Code of Alabama 1975, to provide that employees of the Governor's Mansion Authority are: (1) members of the unclassified service for purposes of state employment; and (2) entitled to payment of accumulated leave upon separation of service, depending on dates of service.
