What it does

This act, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026: (1) transfers and makes supplemental appropriations totaling $771,327,099 from various funds in the State Treasury to various agencies and entities; and (2) amends Section 3C of Act 2025-251, the General Appropriations Act, to increase the amount appropriated to the Alabama Department of Transportation for the payment of bonds issued for public highways and bridges from $133,755,861 to $193,564, 457, and adds the Alabama Highway Authority
