What it does
This act amends Sections 8-32-1, 8-32-3, 8-32-5, Code of Alabama 1975, to: (1) authorize annual fees paid to the Commissioner of Insurance by providers of service contracts sold in this state to be adjusted according to the Consumer Price Index; and (2) require all such collected fees be deposited into the Special Examination Revolving Fund in the State Treasury instead of the Service Contract Revolving Fund. This act also requires all unencumbered and unexpended funds remaining in the Service C
