What it does

This act amends Section 43-8-216, Code of Alabama 1975, to authorize the removal of will contests and estate administrations from probate courts to circuit courts without assigning any special equity so long as the judge of probate or probate court does not have equitable jurisdiction concurrent with that of the circuit court.
