This act amends Sections 34-7B-1 and 34-7B-13, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to licensure by the Alabama Board of Cosmetology and Barbering, to: (1) remove braiding and weaving hair from the definition of "cosmetology"; (2) remove satisfaction of licensure requirements from the definition of "natural hairstylist"; (3) provide that persons practicing natural hair styling and facilities where only natural hair styling is practiced are not required to be licensed by the board; and (4) to provide t
