What it does
This act is the Renewing Coal-Impacted Communities Act. This act: (1) establishes the Coal-Impacted Communities Economic and Workforce Development Grant Program to award grants to local development organizations for regional economic and workforce development in coal-impacted communities; (2) requires and provides for the Secretary of the Department of Workforce to administer the program; (3) establishes the Coal-Impacted Communities Economic and Workforce Development Grant Program Advisory Comm
