What it does
This act: (1) provides a 2 percent cost-of-living increase for state employees beginning with the first pay day on or after October 1, 2026; and (2) provides a one-time lump-sum longevity bonus to certain retirees and beneficiaries of the Employees' Retirement System in the amount of $1 per month for each year of service.
