This act: (1) makes an appropriation of $36,635,222 from the Children First Trust Fund to the entities and for the purposes described in Section 41-15B-2.2, Code of Alabama 1975, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2027; (2) requires all revenues from the tobacco settlement for the Children First Trust Fund be deposited within 30 days of receipt; (3) requires available tobacco revenues to be allocated quarterly to each respective agency; (4) transfers State Board of Education Children First
