What it does
This act continues the existence and functioning of the Alabama Behavior Analyst Licensing Board pursuant to the Alabama Sunset Law. This act amends Sections 34-5A-1 through 34-5A-7, inclusive, Code of Alabama 1975, to: (1) rename the board as the Alabama Behavior Analyst Advisory Council; (2) require the council to advise the Department of Mental Health on behavior analysis in the state; (3) transfer all rights, duties, property, and regulatory authority over behavior analysts of the board to t
