What it does

This act amends Sections 34-13-30.1, 34-13-191, 34-13-192, and 34-13-199, Code of Alabama 1975, to: (1) authorize the Alabama Board of Funeral Services to require funeral establishments to pay a fee not exceeding $30 for each funeral arranged or other service rendered; (2) regarding certificates or authority to operate a funeral establishment, increase the application fee from $198 to $500, renewal fee from $99 to $500, branch registration fee from $198 to $500, and transfer fee from $132 to $50
