This act: (1) continues the existence and functioning of the Alabama Construction Recruitment Institute pursuant to the Alabama Sunset Law until October 1, 2028; and (2) requires the institute, the Alabama Department of Workforce, and other interested parties to determine, and provide a report to the Legislature on, options to enable the institute to utilize the department's administrative and operational resources.
