What it does

This act amends Section 17-4-38, Code of Alabama 1975, to: (1) require the Secretary of State to electronically provide copies of voter lists to requestors; (2) limit the fee charged for these lists to not more than $1,000 per list; (3) to make accessible to any requestor the lists and election history for the last 10 election cycles in which a voter participated as contained in the statewide voter registration database of the secretary; (4) prohibit from dissemination on such lists social secur
