This act amends Sections 11-40-65, 11-40-67, and 11-40-68, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to Class 2 municipalities that have adopted statutorily provided procedures to enforce violations of housing and building codes as municipal code liens, to: (1) remove the requirement that these municipalities must notify state and local taxing authorities, except local ad valorem tax collectors, of the intent to foreclose on these liens; (2) remove statutorily required forms for these municipalities to pet
