What it does
This act amends Sections 25-15-3, 25-15-5, and 25-15-7, Code of Alabama 1975, to: (1) increase the maximum number of members of the Alabama Workforce Board from 40 to 45; (2) provide that four voting members of the Executive Committee of the Alabama Workforce Board is a quorum; (3) authorize executive committee members to participate in meetings by electronic means; and (4) increase the maximum number of members of regional workforce boards from 20 to 25.
