This act adds Section 38-7-22 to the Code of Alabama 1975, to: (1) require the State Department of Human Resources, by August 1, 2027, and in consultation with the Alabama Department of Public Health and Alabama State Board of Pharmacy, to establish an anaphylactic response policy for children that provides guidelines and procedures required for day care centers and trained staff; (2) require by January 1, 2028, all day care centers to implement the anaphylactic response policy and provide the p
