This act amends Section 31-2-41, Code of Alabama, to: (1) establish, provide the prerequisites to receive, and authorize the Governor to present with the concurrence of the Adjutant General unless initiated by the Governor, the military awards of the Governor's Cross, Distinguished Service Medal, and Alabama Commendation Medal; and (2) establish, provide the prerequisites to receive, and authorize the Adjutant General to present the military awards of the Exceptional Service Ribbon, Faithful Ser
