This act amends Section 32-6-271, Code of Alabama 1975, to: (1) authorize fire chaplains who are members of the Alabama Fellowship of Fire Chaplains to be issued a firefighter distinctive license plate upon presenting an affidavit signed by the President of the Alabama Fellowship of Fire Chaplains verifying their service; (2) require firefighter distinctive license plates to only be issued for personally owned, private passenger vehicles registered in the name of the plate holder; and (3) provid
