What it does
This act amends Section 13A-3-23, Code of Alabama 1975, to create a rebuttable presumption that the use of force in the defense of one's self or another is not justified if the defendant conceals, alters, destroys, or otherwise disposes of the deadly weapon or dangerous instrument used in the commission of the alleged offense.
