Enrolled SB 87 Disapproving the recommendations of the State Officers Compensation Commission; and providing for an effective date. _______________ * Section 1. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to read: DISAPPROVAL OF THE STATE OFFICERS COMPENSATION COMMISSION'S RECOMMENDATIONS. All recommendations contained in the 2025 final report of the State Officers Compensation Commission are disapproved. * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
