Enrolled SB 152 Renaming Ruby Airport as Harold Esmailka Airport; and providing for an effective date. _______________ * Section 1. AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read: Sec. 35.40.410. Harold Esmailka Airport. The state-owned public use airport at Ruby is named the Harold Esmailka Airport. * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
