AS 08.03.010(c)(14) is amended to read: 10 (14) Board of Nursing (AS 08.68.010) - June 30, 2031 [2025]; 11 * Sec. 3. AS 08.03.010(c)(22) is amended to read: 12 (22) Board of Veterinary Examiners (AS 08.98.010) - June 30, 2031 13 [2025]. 14 * Sec. 4. AS 44.66.010(a)(2) is amended to read: 01 (2) Board of Parole (AS 33.16.020) - June 30, 2029 [2025]; 02 * Sec. 5. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to 03 read: 04 EXEMPTION FROM AS 44.66.050(e). This Act is exempt from the provision of 05 AS 44.66.050(e) that prohibits a bill from continuing or reestablishing more than one board or 06 commission. 07 * Sec. 6. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to 08 read: 09 RETROACTIVITY. If this Act takes effect after June 30, 2025, this Act is retroactive 10 to June 30, 2025. 11 * Sec. 7. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
